Does it include the SD card?

Yes. For the convenient, we have already installed the SD card inside the dash cam. Please check the dash cam SD card slot, you can find it.

Why the suction mount keeps falling off?

After you hold the suction mount in the window, please press hard and switch right to lock it. Then the suction will be tight and not falling off.

Why the dash cam always ask me to format?

When the locked videos are full, then it will ask you to format. If you don't want to format, then you can turn off the G-sensor and parking monitoring function. The videos will not be locked. In normal, it will ask you to format in 1-2 weeks if you use these functions.

How long is the rear camera cable?

The rear camera cable is 5.5 Meters, it can satisfy most of the cars. If you have a long car, you can buy an extension cable by search the asin:B091C5K47J through amazon.
